Journeyman Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and agricultural settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians
- Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Apprentice Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricians with installations and repairs
- Learn proper electrical installation techniques and safety procedures
- Help with material preparation and job site organization
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Complete required apprenticeship training and coursework
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or willing to enroll in an approved apprenticeship program
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
